To enter the 2024 Hahn Duntryleague Open Amateur Championship you must agree to the Conditions of Entry and Conditions of Play.

Conditions of Entry

1. Entry to competitions in this tournament open to any playing member of a golf club affiliated with Golf Australia
2. Handicaps: A Grade Plus to 12, B Grade 13 to 18, C Grade 19 to 36
3. Seniors event in conjunction (Seniors are to be 55 years and over at the date of event)
4. Entries close: 25th October 2024 or when maximum number has been reached
5. The organising committee reserves the right to refuse any entry
6. Entry fees will not be refunded after the 25th October 2024.
7. The tournament draw will be displayed on this page on or after 30th October 2024.

Conditions of Play

1. Events shall be played in accordance with the rules of golf in conjunction with local rules
2. Match committee reserves the right to alter the conditions of play if deemed necessary
3. No player will be eligible to win more than one daily trophy and one major trophy, except nearest the pins
4. In the event of ties in 36 hole scratch events, play will be over three holes determined by the match committee. If tied after 3 holes, sudden death thereafter on holes nominated by the committee and until a result achieved. Handicap events will be decided by the count back system
5. Match committee decisions will be final
6. Golf NSW conditions of play Vardon events apply
7. Competitors are expected to play at a prompt pace throughout the tournament, as such the Duntryleague local policy for pace of play will be enforced generally as per R&A rule 5.6.
8. Hahn Duntryleague Open winner is expected to attend presentation held after completion of day 2.
9. George Stone Perpetual Trophy will be awarded to the best NET score from a Duntryleague member
10. Hahn Duntryleague Open winner must be an "Amateur Golfer” only as defined in the Rules of Golf.
11. PGA members are eligible to win daily trophies other than the Hahn Duntryleague Open
12. Golf Carts to be booked through the golf shop directly on (02) 6362 4072.
13. Match Committee decisions will be final.
