Points of Interest

  •  We are thrilled to welcome new members Rhonda Bloomfield, Lesley Williams and Lyn Isles. We hope you enjoy the course and meeting new friends.
  • The year started with a very successful Mercedes Benz Classic. This event is going from strength to strength. Ladies winners included Georgina Gaynor, the overall 54 hole ladies winner with Wendy Slade the runner up. Jenny Cutler and Georgina  Gaynor were the recipients of the John Slade Team event.
  • The Consistency Points Competition was won by Kerry Kidd and Billie O’Neill. This is calculated by adding the scores of the best 5 rounds of the games designated for the competition. Congratulations girls. This competition is sponsored by the club to encourage ladies to continue playing during the summer.
  • The Summer Points Competition saw a three-way draw between, Janet Appleby, Sally Keenan, and Jenny Davis. Thank you for your sponsorship Maria.
  • Opening Day was our first major event for the year with 83 players. It was a wonderful start to the year. Roan Financial was our very generous ongoing sponsor who came to present the prizes. The scratch winners for the day were Sandra Schultz for division 1, Sally Keenan for division 2, a very excited Dot Tandy for division 3, and Sue Harris was the division 4 scratch winner. Sadly Sandra is leaving and moving back to Wagga. We wish Sandra and Dennis the best for the future. Thank you ladies for the wonderful afternoon tea you provided. Shame about the diet!
  • Open Thursday has been extended until the end of March. This means visitors can play in the Ladies Thursday Comp for $16. If you know anyone who might like to play please invite them along.
