Winter seems to be racing by, there have been some frosty starts but the sunshine during the days has been welcome.

Congratulations to Kathy Fisher our monthly medal winner for July. Her first ever monthly medal, so an excited and worthy recipient.
Christmas in July was another successful event. A lovely meal was served, thank you Janice and Beryl for your organisation and to all the staff involved. Winners on the day were Wendy Brown and Margaret Shannon and runners up were Sally Heigh and Margo Snare.
Bron Ryan delivered a very informative talk to The Molong Garden club about the history of the gardens and the current work that is being completed by the voluntary gardeners. Thank you Bron.
Kay Stone and Dot Tandy travelled to Dubbo in July for the 2018 Roadshow Series. They learnt about the rule changes that come in on January 1st 2019 and played 9 holes of golf trying out the new rules. Gay was in the winning team and she and her partner even managed an eagle. You will hear about the rule changes soon but you can view them on line if you are interested.

4th September	Captain versus President Day – 18 hole 4BBB Stableford This year there will be an evening dinner following the event The cost of the dinner will be $35.00 This must be paid to Cheryl Bennett at least a week prior to the night to allow for catering and seating to be arranged
