We had 68 mm rain in October.

We had a dry period between the middle of October and the start of November where all the course could be mown. Things have changed within a week.

Dam levels are back to near capacity, bores are turned off and Woodward Road is flowing into the course once again.

We have started to scarify and fertilise fairways. The back nine is completed and the front nine will be completed as soon as weather conditions prevail.

More town water leaks have appeared behind the 6th green and to the left of the 11th green.

With this busy period upon us, could it be possible if some members could volunteer and help tidy up some gardens on the course, trim some of the hedges planted around the tees, it would be greatly appreciated before the Hahn Open.

The Men’s 3rd tee is to be cored, top-dressed, and fertilised shortly.
